PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Serendipity was selected as one of two designers tasked to develop full of the residential properties for each Raha Gardens. The purpose of the two designers was to create a point of difference in the architecture so the result would appear as a naturally evolved village environment. This idea was further enhanced by breaking the development into smaller communities interspaced with a business district, market areas, polo clubs, and schools. Green space is maximized to emphasize the garden theme.
